Program Manager, Veterinary QualityThe primary purpose and function of the Program Manager, Veterinary Quality is to implement, embed, and advance the priorities, initiatives, programs, projects and foundational work of the Banfield Quality Program. This will be done under the leadership of the Vice President of Veterinary Affairs, and in partnership with the leadership of the Veterinary Affairs team. This position will ensure the continued compliance and continuous improvement with the Mars Quality Management Program, and strategic and comprehensive communication strategy for the veterinary affairs team.Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.Implement, embed, and advance the priorities, initiatives, programs, projects and foundational work of the Banfield Quality Program. Anticipate and overcome project related challenges and ensure deliverables are met.Maintain and continuously improve field quality support and data work with a focus on safety event reporting (SER) processes in conjunction with the field support team.Ownership of day to day operations of HALO or other SER system, including technical updates, problem solving, troubleshooting, and reporting.Administrative and logistic support of the Banfield audit programs and relevant enterprise quality initiatives.Design, develop, deploy and continuously improve quality week in conjunction with other team resources.Serve as a quality ambassador and provide governance over quality communications.Partner with marketing and other cross functional partners to develop client facing content around the Banfield quality journey and priorities.Proactively identify opportunities and develop communications plans to reinforce quality program and domains to Central Team Support (CTS) and field (including continual development and expansion of equitable domain).Administer and implement the veterinary affairs communication strategyManage and assist with planning for alignment of the quality work with the practice OGSMs.Drive continual improvement in veterinary affairs project/program processes including attention to change management needs (utilizing project management skills and lean six sigma).Foster and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams within the practice.Lead by influence with those responsible for specific functions or phases of a program.Other job duties as assigned.Experience, Education and/or Training:Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in project, people or multi-unit management and/or quality improvement.PMP or CPM certification preferred.Experience presenting to large groups preferred.Healthcare background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) preferred.Salary Range: $85,768 - $120,000The pay range listed reflects a general hiring range for the area, with the specific rate determined based on the candidate's experience, skill level, abilities, and education, and may vary depending on location and schedule.This posting will remain open for a minimum of two weeks or until a sufficient pool of qualified applicants has been received.Benefits:Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Enjoy peace of mind knowing your health and wellness are our top priorities.
