Help Christian Artists Reach More People With Their Music
Pure Mosaic Records is looking for a driven, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing campaigns and music releases for Christian artists, churches, and ministries.
At Pure Mosaic, we believe music is one of God’s most powerful tools for encouraging the Church and reaching people with the hope of Christ.
Our mission is to discover, develop, and support artists whose music points people to Jesus through excellence, integrity, and meaningful relationships.
Through Pure Mosaic Services, we also partner with independent artists, churches, and ministries through marketing, release strategy, distribution, and label services.
About The Role This is a full-time, early-career marketing position for someone who wants meaningful hands-on experience in the Christian music industry.

You’ll work directly with the President of Pure Mosaic Records and collaborate with artists, churches, clients, creatives, and other members of our team.
This is an execution-focused role rather than a management position. We’re looking for someone who can take ideas and strategies, turn them into action, stay organized, and make sure important details get completed.
What You’ll Do Help develop and execute marketing campaigns for artist releases and client projects.
Build and maintain campaign timelines, content calendars, and release schedules.
Help develop social media strategies, content ideas, copy, and promotional materials.

Manage projects and tasks using Asana, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
Help maintain organized files, documentation, systems, and workflows.
Contribute ideas and recommendations during marketing and release-planning conversations.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment through light shared office upkeep.

Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and work independently.
Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools.
Strong familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
A proactive, teachable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Reliable transportation and the ability to work full-time from our Spring Hill office.

Previous internship, freelance, volunteer, or professional experience in marketing, social media, music, ministry, or a related area.
Experience with a record label, artist management company, church, ministry, distributor, or agency.
Experience supporting music releases or marketing campaigns.
Experience with Asana, digital advertising, or short-form content creation.
Direct record label experience is not required. We are more interested in finding someone who is capable, organized, proactive, teachable, and serious about growing in the music industry.
Compensation & Schedule $18–$20 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
Based in our Spring Hill, Tennessee office .
This position will begin fully in office during training and onboarding.
After successfully completing the initial training period and demonstrating strong performance, reliability, and communication, up to one remote workday per week may be available , based on business needs.
Paid time off and company benefits, as applicable.
Opportunity for increased responsibility and professional growth as Pure Mosaic Records and Pure Mosaic Services continue to grow.
Why Pure Mosaic? You’ll work directly on active artist releases, church music projects, marketing campaigns, and label initiatives while gaining exposure to how an independent Christian record label operates.
You’ll also work closely with experienced music-industry leadership, giving you the opportunity to learn about marketing, artist development, release strategy, distribution, label services, and the broader music business.
As you demonstrate strong judgment, initiative, and follow-through, there will be opportunities to take greater ownership and responsibility.
If you’re looking to build a career in Christian music and want hands-on experience doing meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.
