Video Content Creator

As our Video Content Creator, you'll be the voice and vision behind our brand presence. You'll shoot and edit compelling content that tells our story, drives measurable results, and ensure every piece of communication feels human, relevant, and on-brand. Your work will directly shape how our audience experiences and engages with us.
This role combines creative storytelling, technical expertise, and strategic planning to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and support marketing goals.
Produce engaging, high-quality video content from concept to final edit, aligning with brand objectives and audience needs.
Create engaging short-form content across multiple platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, as well as company websites.
Brainstorm and develop creative video ideas, scripts, and storyboards tailored to the target audience and brand messaging
Operate cameras and audio equipment, conduct interviews, and film scenes in studio or on location, ensuring proper lighting and sound quality.
Edit raw footage into polished videos incorporating graphics, music, transitions, and special effects.
Adapt videos for different platforms, adjusting format, length, and style to maximize engagement and reach.
Work closely with marketing teams, graphic designers, and social media manager to ensure cohesive content strategies.
Track video metrics, analyze audience engagement, and refine content strategies to improve future performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform-specific updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in video production or content creation
Proficiency in video production, editing software, lighting, and sound design
Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual design abilities
Ability to work effectively with teams and interact with clients or audiences for feedback
Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
A creative mindset paired with strategic thinking—you can dream big and execute with precision.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
