This role combines strategic selling, team leadership, and revenue operations. You'll own relationships with top accounts, set and execute revenue strategy, and coach a growing team of sellers and account managers. Being motherly takes a village, let's build it.We're looking for an entrepreneurial, idea-first seller who is excited to transform Motherly's mission into multi-format, cross-platform content that reaches Gen Z and millennial parents at scale.The Senior Director, Brand Partnerships (Retail + CPG Food/Bev + Finance) will work to develop new and existing client relationships, identify paid brand partnership opportunities, and work with a support team to build and execute strategic, multi-platform proposals and campaigns.
