Hybrid BIM Designer: Revit 3D Modeling & Clash Coordination

Addison Group seeks an experienced BIM Designer to develop and manage 3D BIM models and 2D documentation using Revit. The role collaborates with engineers, PMs, and design teams to ensure accurate modeling, clash detection, and BIM standards adherence across projects.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of BIM experience, strong drafting skills, and familiarity with building systems. Onsite training month, then hybrid in downtown Chicago with a contract-to-hire potential.
