The Multimedia and E-Commerce Marketing Specialist is a hands‑on content creator and ecommerce contributor who turns SaverSystems product, technical, sales, and customer knowledge into accurate, compelling customer‑facing material. The role produces video, photography, graphics, social, web, email, and marketplace content while maintaining dependable publishing, ecommerce‑content, and asset‑management workflows.
This is a Specialist‑level Individual Contributor role responsible for creative execution, ecommerce‑content quality, workflow reliability, and measurable business contribution without formal ownership of a department or team.
Primary Responsibilities Own assigned projects from request and concept through production, review, approval, publication, measurement, and organized archiving.
Plan, shoot, and edit product demonstrations, educational videos, short‑form social content, customer stories, employee or facility content, and other recurring multimedia assets.

Repurpose content efficiently across formats and use available website, campaign, and marketplace performance information to improve topics, presentation, timing, calls to action, and conversion effectiveness.
Partner with Sales, Technical, Operations, Product, Customer Service, Finance, and leadership to gather source material, validate claims, and deliver accurate work on schedule.
Coordinate specialized external resources when required and continuously improve templates, tools, equipment use, and production processes.
Decision Rights and Boundaries Make routine creative, production, editing, formatting, ecommerce‑content, file‑management, and publishing‑workflow decisions within approved priorities and brand standards.
Recommend content formats, listing improvements, tools, equipment, software, templates, vendors, and workflow changes.
Obtain required technical, brand, legal, budget, or leadership approval before publication or commitment of Company resources.
Escalate unsupported claims, material brand risk, priority conflicts, missed approvals, or work outside delegated authority. The role supports but does not own pricing, inventory, paid advertising, or overall marketplace performance.
Qualifications Ability to learn technical products and convert complex information into clear, accurate customer‑facing communication.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, prioritization, follow‑through, and deadline management; receptive to factual review, brand direction, and feedback.
Two or more years of relevant experience is preferred. An associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film, media production, graphic design, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
