Curri is seeking a VP of People to design and scale a People function from ~250 to a larger, rapid-growth workforce. You will own talent strategy, headcount planning, org design, and leadership development, reporting to the CLO and building a cohesive HRBP and people ops team.
You will stand up programs across onboarding, performance, benefits, and career frameworks, driving scale with structured infrastructure and data-driven decisions.
