Low Voltage / Audio Video Installation Technician

Join a growing smart home and automation company specializing in luxury technology. We are looking for a motivated Low Voltage / Audio Video Installation Technician with a solid foundation in low-voltage wiring and installation who wants to learn, grow, and build a career with our company. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with low-voltage rough-in, trim-out, cable pulling, termination, testing, and labeling. You do not need to know every system we install. If you have good low-voltage fundamentals, take pride in your work, work well with others, and are willing to learn, we will provide training to help you develop your skills. This position is primarily within our residential division, working in both new construction and existing homes. There may also be opportunities to assist our commercial division on projects in existing buildings and new construction. As your knowledge and abilities grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and advance within the company.
Our technicians install and service a variety of low-voltage and technology systems, including:
Audio systems
TVs and related A/V equipment
Surveillance and camera systems
Security systems
Control4 home automation
Network and Wi-Fi systems
LED lighting systems
Access Control
Experience with all of these systems is not required. We are looking for someone with strong low-voltage fundamentals who wants to expand their knowledge and abilities.

Job Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to safely use ladders, hand tools, and power tools
Ability to perform the physical duties associated with low-voltage installation and construction environments
Some travel may be required
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
