Sports Retail Coach & Assistant Store Manager

Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in driving store performance, training, and guest-focused service at our Lake Lotawana location. You will help hire, onboard, and develop team members while upholding standards, processes, and safety protocols.
In this role you will lead by example, manage daily operations, execute visual directives, and help execute events and promotions that boost sales and guest satisfaction, including weekends and holidays.
