Development Producer

Managing the development process for multiple shows simultaneously, the full-time remote Development Producer will oversee creative leadership building, process management, and production logistics to ensure timely delivery of development milestones and smooth transitions into production.
Key responsibilities

Recruit and staff core leadership teams for assigned shows, ensuring they have the necessary tools and schedules to meet development milestones
Manage day-to-day operations of the development process, including script drafts, casting, and visual development, while tracking schedules and budgets
Coordinate resources for proof-of-concept vertical slices and manage the transition of completed shows into full production

Required qualifications

Experience as a line producer or production manager in animation, live-action, or games, with a focus on development
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shows in parallel
Experience in staffing and recruiting for creative teams
Budget tracking and reporting skills at the project level
Clear communication skills to provide accurate status updates to executives
