Production TechnicianCTG is seeking to fill a Production Technician position for our client. Location: Bedford, NH Duration: Client Permanent Placement Schedule: Monday - Friday 3 pm - 11:30 pm Rate: $31.82 hourly ($35.00 hourly after 90 days) Duties: Perform a variety of production and manufacturing processes used in the fabrication and assembly of precision products. Perform eyeleting, drilling, laser processing, printing/etching, soldering to J-STD-001 standards, and light assembly. Use hand tools, fabrication equipment, and established manufacturing techniques to complete production activities. Work at a variety of production workstations as business and production needs require. Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Work closely with team members and other departments to understand requirements, resolve issues, and meet production schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in on-the-job training and continuously develop proficiency in assigned production processes. Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and quality requirements. Familiarity with common hand tools and fabrication equipment. Good computer skills and meticulous record-keeping abilities. Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting scheduled timelines. Flexibility to work across different production workstations as needed. Bonding, lamination, and plating experience is preferred. Aerospace and defense industry experience is a plus. Experience: 2–3 years of proven work-related production or manufacturing experience preferred; candidates with less experience who demonstrate the appropriate skills and aptitude may be considered. Experience performing hands-on assembly, fabrication, soldering, or other manufacturing processes is preferred. Experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment is a plus. U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
