Site Acquisition & Leasing Specialist — New Mexico

Lindmark Companies in New Mexico seeks a leasing/real estate professional to grow our portfolio of leased and owned properties. You will identify lease sites, negotiate leases, manage renewals, and coordinate with zoning boards and permitting authorities. Travel across New Mexico is required.
Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–3 years in commercial real estate or lease management; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
