Oscar is seeking an Associate Director, Product Marketing (ICHRA) to lead end-to-end GTM activities and localized campaigns. You will translate plan design and technical features into clear messaging and multi-audience sales enablement assets, working with Product, Sales Strategy, Creative, and Legal teams.
The role reports to the Senior Director, Product Marketing and is based in New York with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
