Director, Client Management: Campaign Delivery & Growth

Influential is seeking a Director of Client Management to lead campaign activation for Publicis Groupe client programs. You will operationalize processes, ensure client satisfaction, and drive account expansion through strong relationships with agency partners and internal teams.
You will own delivery, governance, and billing workflows, coordinating with strategy, analytics, performance media, creator, and creative teams. Travel may be required as part of client meetings and reviews.
