etwork access, as applicable.Type of Employment: Full-TimePositions Available: 2 FTEsPeriod of Performance: Base Period: September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027, with potential option periods.Estimate Pay: $40.75 per hourPaid Time Off per Year: Up to 80 hours per year, occurring on day one.Sick Leave per Year: Up to 56 hours per year, occurring on day one.Paid Federal Holidays: Eleven (11) Paid Federal HolidaysWorking HoursWorking hours are typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays and authorized Federal facility closures. Working hours are subject to change at the base's discretion. Occasional after-hours support may be required for contingency operations, exercises, or other mission requirements.Summary of DutiesThe Graphic Designer will provide professional visual communications and graphic design support for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The position serves as a strategic visual storyteller supporting command-level publications, public health campaigns, patient education materials, environmental graphics, digital signage, social media, and other communications initiatives.The Graphic Designer will manage graphic design projects and workflows from concept through final approval while collaborating with communications personnel, subject matter experts, leadership, and other stakeholders. Work may include infographics, multimedia products, digital content, and other visual materials supporting WRNMMC's healthcare and public affairs mission.Qualifications (Copies of all applicable certifications, portfolio materials, and resumes must be forwarded with your application.)Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.Strong professional design portfolio demonstrating advanced visual communication capabilities.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and professional graphic design applications.Experience supporting healthcare, military public affairs, or a comparable professional communications environment.Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI requirements and appropriate handling of sensitive healthcare information.Demonstrated project management and workflow-management skills.Experience with video and/or motion graphics is advantageous.Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic visual communications for command-level publications and initiatives.Design materials supporting public health campaigns and patient education.Develop environmental graphics, digital signage, and social media graphics.Create infographics and other visual storytelling products.Manage multiple design projects and production workflows.Collaborate with communications staff, leadership, and subject matter experts.Integrate graphic design with multimedia communications products.Ensure products comply with applicable organizational standards and approval processes.Coordinate reviews, revisions, clearances, and final approvals.Protect sensitive information and comply with HIPAA/PHI requirements when applicable.Provide occasional after-hours support for contingency operations or exercises when required.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive Compensation packageComprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision options.Outstanding career growth potential.About UsFidelity Partners is an Inc. 5000, USA company that provides medical, technical, logistical, and administrative services to the federal government and commercial Clients across the country.
