Marketing – Specialist Brand ReputationImmediate need for a talented Marketing – Specialist Brand Reputation. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote).Key Responsibilities:Oversees execution of project plans for simple to moderately complex local and national marketing programs and initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately within the project.Collaborates across EBSA to provide timeline, cost estimates, risks, etc. associated with projects.May contribute to tactic recommendations and offer perspective during internal creative reviews.Oversees quality control of all deliverables.Consults with legal and compliance as needed to ensure regulatory compliance for communications.Performs other duties as assigned.Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager/Director. No direct reports.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have 5 years of Marketing Project Management experience.Must have experience in managing marketing/creative campaigns (digital, print, branding, advertising).Agile Project Management experience (Agile/Scrum, Jira, Workfront, Asana, etc.)Undergraduate degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred. Graduate level studies helpful.License/Certification/Designation: Agile project management certification is a plus.Typically 5 or more years of related professional experience in project coordination or management role, preferably in marketing, insurance or financial services.Master's Degree may be substituted for a portion of the experience requirements as appropriate.Advertising agency project coordination is a plus - including direct marketing campaigns, promotions, print, digital, social media.Agile project management experience preferred.Must have strong understanding of project management concepts and technique (agile, etc).Familiar with creative process as well as design and print/digital production; understanding of marketing concepts and terminology; Insurance and/or Financial Services product knowledge a plus.Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively as well as manage a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.Ability to use logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to express self clearly and organize ideas well.Understanding of the importance of teamwork and building rapport with others.Ability to function independently or in a team environment with supervision and guidance.Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager's leader and HR Business Partner.ADA: The above statements cover what are generally believed to be principal and essential functions of this job.Specific circumstances may allow or require some people assigned to the job to perform a somewhat different combination of duties.
