Position Overview
A growing real estate management company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions across the organization. This individual will lead recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, policy development, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate has
strong HR leadership experience ,
full-cycle recruiting and employee relations expertise , and a proven ability to manage
payroll, performance reviews, terminations, and HR operations
in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of Human Resources experience
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
Strong employee relations and performance management background
Experience handling payroll processes and compensation administration
Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Real estate, property management, construction, or service industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership
Serve as the primary HR leader for the organization
Advise management on employee-related matters and HR best practices
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Talent Acquisition
Oversee recruiting efforts for all open positions
Manage hiring processes from sourcing through onboarding
Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs
Employee Relations & Performance
Handle employee relations matters and workplace concerns
Manage performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Support employee development and retention initiatives
Compensation & Payroll
Oversee payroll administration and accuracy
Manage compensation reviews, raises, and promotions
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Create, maintain, and improve SOPs and HR processes
Support organizational growth through scalable HR systems and procedures
Must-Haves
5+ years of Human Resources experience
Experience with recruiting, hiring, and employee relations
Experience managing payroll and compensation processes
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
Experience handling performance management and terminations
Ability to create and implement SOPs and HR processes
