Remote Paid Social Lead for DTC Growth

Jump 450 Media LLC is a 100% remote position offering a base salary of $70k-$100k. We seek experienced Paid Social Associates to drive performance for ecommerce campaigns and direct response goals.
You will own day-to-day management and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat, building robust testing roadmaps with internal teams and clients. Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, strong analytics, and proven ability to meet ROAS targets.
