You will be joining our Public Relations team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator.What You Will DoManage the hotel's social media channels and create engaging content that drives audience engagement.Support digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content calendars.Maintain the hotel's website, mobile app presence, and email database.Create and distribute e-newsletters and email marketing campaigns.Coordinate photo and video shoots and host media visits and press tours.Support special events, marketing projects, and on-property collateral.Serve as a Four Seasons brand ambassador and stay ahead of digital trends.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Hospitality, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum three years of experience in luxury hospitality or a related industry.Photography, videography, and social media content creation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Creative, ambitious, and tech-savvy with a passion for social media and digital marketing.Who We Look ForWe look for employees who share the Golden Rule; people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.
