WHAT YOU WILL DO As an Account Executive atTEAM,you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution ofour programs, and contributing to the overall growth of our client portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the liaison between our agency andyourclients,as well asfacilitatingprojects with our internal departments,ensuring their needs andobjectivesare met whilemaintaininga high levelof client satisfaction.This individual will be based inSouth Florida andworka hybrid schedule of in-office three days per week at our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and serving as the mainor secondarypoint of contactfor current Client work.
Regularly communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address any concerns.
Maintain familiarity and updates on changesofclients' products, businesscultureand competition.
Take notes both internally and externally, providing action items and next steps to client and internal teams.
Campaign/Program Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, event production, strategy, content production, and digital engagement to develop and execute effective programs based on client needs.
Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
Maintain and update status reports for all programs.
Strategic Planning
Work closely with clients to understand their marketingobjectivesand develop strategic plans to achieve them.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices.
Budget Management
Manage budget allocations for programs, ensuring the resources areutilizedefficiently and in line with client expectations.
Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Confirm billing and estimates with TEAM’s Finance departmenton a weekly and monthly basis.
Onboard vendors and clients into TEAM’s internal vendor platform and work closely with Finance department on payment process.
Proposal and Presentation Development
Collaborate across departments to develop compelling proposals and presentations for client pitches.
Present campaign strategies, event activation plans,and results to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Support new business and growth opportunities, including contributing to proposals, pitches, and other business development efforts.
Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant and innovative solutions.
Conduct research for new and existingbusiness.
WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD Bachelor’s degree requiredfrom accredited institution, concentration in Marketing preferred.
3+ years of relevant work experience in event marketing and execution.
Production experience is highly preferred, including familiarity with fabrication, AV/technology, graphics, freight and logistics, labor, venues, show services, and other event vendors.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,Smartsheets, andunderstanding of project management systems such as Monday.com and Wrike.
Ability to work in a team setting, interacting with key agencies/departments.
Professional appearance and presentation; candidate must uphold the core values of TEAM.
Must have the ability to gather information, analyze informationand report key insights with recommendations for solutions.
Must demonstratestrong interpersonal, problem solving, motivational, organizationaland leadership skills.
Exercises high moral character and social responsibility.
