Technical WriterDMI is looking for a Technical Writer to join us.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop training programs and instructional materials of company processes and proceduresCreate detailed Visio process maps to accompany procedural documentationConduct quality control of produced work by program writers to ensure style guide adherenceManage team of writers, editing team member documentation, and providing feedback and guidance on documentation standardsDevelop and implement organizational document management standards and activitiesKnowledge of ISO:20000 and ISO:27001 certification, ITIL CertificationCreate and maintain quarterly reports and accomplishmentsManage system diagram / run book documentation refresh effort and ongoing maintenanceEducation and Years of Experience: Bachelor's DegreeRequired Work Experience:2+ years of project experience1+ years PM experience with a federal agency or federal contractor3+ years of Information Technology ExperienceCitizenship Status Required: US CitizenshipLocation: Atlanta, GAMinimum Salary Rate: $75,004.00Median Salary Rate: $80,000.00DMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
