Creative Director: Certificates & Campaigns

MasterClass is seeking a Creative Director to shape creative strategy and lead execution for our Certificates, with the range to bring new courses to market in fresh, creative ways. You will be a creative lead on the marketing team, collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape how MasterClass Certificates appear in the world.
You will manage editors, designers, and writers, directing video, design, and copy across launches while leveraging AI to speed ideation without sacrificing craft.
