About the role

Shoot recipes, products, and the occasional muddy garden. A strong eye for natural light and honest, appetizing food is a must.
What you'll do

Own your area end to end and raise the bar for quality across the team.
Collaborate closely with cooks, editors, and engineers in a small, fast-moving group.
Help members cook more, and cook better, than they thought they could.

Real care for the craft and for the people we serve.
Clear communication and a bias toward shipping honest work.
Relevant experience — though we weigh curiosity and taste heavily.
