Construction Risk Documentation SpecialistThe Construction Risk Documentation Specialist will obtain information on customer construction projects to facilitate in sending preliminary notices of lien rights. The Specialist will track projects payment progress and apply the information to review, mark up, send for legal review and provide lien waivers to customers as requested or needed. They will also assist in onboarding new customer accounts, including pulling and reviewing credit information as well as making recommendations.ResponsibilitiesCollect and process Project Information SheetsReview project tracking reportsCollect and process Lien WaiversProcess Credit application requestsPrepare Export documentationProcess Credit reference requests.Other duties as assigned.Education & ExperienceRequired:Good organizational and communication skills; both oral and written.
