You will influence senior executives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes that position the organization as a key strategic partner. This is a Remote role with a defined contract timeline and collaboration across distributed stakeholders. This is a contract that starts at the end of June, until October 15, 2026.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamLead strategy formulation for Manufacturing vertical accounts and translate strategy into executable plans that drive growthDevelop strategic recommendations using benchmarking, digital maturity assessments, customer experience innovation, and value modelingPartner with technical experts to create immersive experience and technology demonstrations that bring the vision to lifeAdvise and compel senior executives to act on recommendations and provide impactful updates to client and internal leadershipLead and mentor cross-functional teams of strategists, technologists, and relationship managers to deliver customer value within complex organizationsHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role5+ years of experience in Manufacturing industries (e.g., Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Aerospace) and B2B sales & serviceExperience leading engagements at a top management consulting firm, company, or digital agencyProven track record of leading strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver resultsStrong executive presence and communication skills with ability to engage and inspire senior leadersOutstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including research, data analysis, hypothesis development, and recommendation craftingProven ability to lead through influence and achieve results in cross-functional environmentsHigh degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quicklyWillingness to travel up to 40%Pay Range$55.77 - $69.72/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
