Strategic Communications Lead, Global Engagement (Remote)

Merck & Co. is seeking an Associate Director, Organizational Engagement to shape and drive strategic communications for GCTO’s global workforce of 10,000+.
You will partner with SVP, GCTO and leadership to craft enterprise-wide engagement, change initiatives and executive messaging across a highly matrixed environment. You will lead development of the communications framework, channel strategy, and branding-aligned materials while measuring impact and guiding improvements.
