CRM & Digital Experience Lead

Oldcastle APG, Inc. is seeking a CRM Manager, Digital Customer Experience, to own the customer journey marketing strategy across our brand portfolio.
You will oversee marketing automation, journey orchestration, data integration, segmentation, and activation to deliver personalized marketing at scale. The role requires familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CDP tools, and you will lead cross-functional teams to bring our Customer Data Platform to life.
