Simple Staffing is seeking a hands-on Paid Search Manager to own multi-million-dollar search programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Performance Max for debt-related clients. This onsite role in Newport Beach requires expertise in budgets, bidding, audience strategies, and cross-team collaboration.
You will drive customer acquisition, conversion growth, and incremental returns through full-funnel search, optimize landing pages, and test creative and messaging with the Creative team.
