About the Role


The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Marketing to lead its marketing function and team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing marketing strategies that drive brand, member acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role involves translating business goals into marketing plans, building a high-performing team, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all channels. The AVP will also be tasked with overseeing all marketing activities, including research and development, brand management, creative development, advertising, public relations, and digital marketing. A key aspect of the role is to own the marketing technology stack and lead efforts in member retention and engagement marketing.

Candidates for the AVP of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership marketing role. The role requires a strong command of current marketing and digital practices, including brand management, creative strategy, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial products and services, market dynamics, and the broader financial services industry. They should be adept at leveraging data and analytics to measure performance and adjust strategies, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
