Fairstead is seeking a results-driven Community Manager for one of our properties. You will oversee day-to-day operations, on-site compliance, tenant relations, and overall performance of the assigned community.
You will ensure adherence to HUD and Fair Housing regulations, manage rent collection, and coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor relations. A COS/CPO certification and affordable-housing experience are highly valued.
