Senior Brand Designer — Remote, Packaging & AI

Allegiance Search is seeking a Senior Brand Designer for a fast-growing, founder-led CPG brand. Fully remote in the US, you will shape the brand visuals across packaging, retail, digital, and beyond, from online first impressions to the moment a consumer holds the product.
You will own the visual system, develop packaging and retail collateral, create decks, and collaborate with printers, 3D modelers, and animators from concept to shelf.
