Senior Motion Designer & Brand Storytelling Leader

Hinge Health is seeking a Lead Motion Designer to shape a scalable motion language across brand, product, and digital experiences. You will lead multi-channel motion initiatives from Creative direction through final delivery and mentor team members without direct people management.
You will collaborate with creative directors, designers, writers, editors, and business stakeholders to deliver distinctive, on-brand motion that connects to business goals and improves the member experience.
