Pet Brand Manager: NPD & GTM Growth Leader

System One is seeking a Brand Manager in Neptune, NJ (onsite) to lead development and commercialization of pet care products. This role partners across R&D, Creative, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver launches on time and within scope.
You will drive go-to-market planning, analyze performance metrics, and identify whitespace opportunities from consumer insights. A 3+ year track record in brand management within CPG is expected.
