Marketing CoordinatorMarketing Execution SupportSupport execution of US marketing initiatives and requests across customer marketing, sales enablement, and events.Execute day-to-day activities related to the U.S. trade media plan, including asset delivery, placement tracking, vendor communication, and invoice verification support.Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and handoffs across stakeholders.Trade Show & Event SupportAssist with trade show preparations including booth materials, banners, signage, giveaways, and shipment coordination.Support event collateral preparation and on-site readiness (as required).Collateral & Creative CoordinationAssist in designing and/or coordinating updates to marketing collateral (flyers, sell sheets, presentations, signage).Ensure materials follow approved templates and brand direction provided by global marketing.Manage local printing requests and coordinate vendor relationships as needed.Email & Communications SupportSupport execution of email communications and marketing sends (coordination, formatting, scheduling, and list readiness).Assist with building and organizing content inputs for customer communications and official updates.Marketing Operations & OrganizationMaintain marketing files, event assets, and commonly used materials for easy internal access.Track requests, deadlines, and progress updates for the US marketing team.Support merchandise management and replenishment (giveaways, event supplies, etc.).Social Support (Execution Assistance)Assist in scheduling and preparing social media content as assigned (coordination + formatting support).Support day-to-day community management activities, including monitoring comments and messages, responding to routine inquiries, and escalating customer or brand concerns as needed.Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills) and RequirementsMinimum Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum Years of Experience:1–3+ years in a marketing coordinator, project coordinator, or administrative marketing support role.Required Qualifications:Strong organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams in parallelStrong communication skills and comfort working with Sales, vendors, and internal teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting trade shows/events and print productionFamiliarity with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and email tools (Mailchimp or similar) and content scheduling workflowsCompetencies:Execution excellence & follow through— consistently delivers on time across a high volume of requests and deadlines.Organization & prioritization — manages multiple requests, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing details.Attention to detail & quality control — ensures materials are accurate, on-brand, and template-compliant.Service-oriented collaboration — responsive partner to Sales and internal teamsSkills:Clear communication, both written and verbalEffective time management and prioritizationLanguages:Fluent in EnglishTravel Requirement:~5% for events and trade shows as needed
