Staff UX/UI Designer

Leading design strategy for major client engagements, the full-time Staff UX/UI Designer will own end-to-end design for complex, multi-platform products while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams and mentoring designers at various levels.
Key responsibilities

Define design strategy and direction for major engagements, managing end-to-end design across complex products
Lead UX research strategy, embedding research into the delivery process to influence product direction
Mentor junior and mid-level designers, establishing design quality standards and fostering a critique culture

Required qualifications

6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong product background
Expert proficiency in Figma and experience with design system architecture
Deep experience leading design systems at scale, including governance and cross-team adoption
Strong UX research experience, including methodology selection and translating insights into product direction
Experience presenting and influencing at leadership and client levels
