Recreation is seeking a Director of Video Production to own the entire video and motion practice, from concept through delivery. This hands-on leader can direct on set, shoot when needed, and supervise post-production, color, sound, and delivery for MedTech/healthcare campaigns.
You will run the studio's technical operation, manage budgets, schedules, and a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with the founder/director and strategy team to scale the practice.
