You will drive performance for new and veteran sales reps, serve as the region’s roofing expert, and mentor sales managers while shaping curriculum strategy for a growing national platform.
You will travel regularly for in-field coaching, co-lead VSU bootcamps, and guide the training team to improve NSLI and close rates across the region.
