Avocado Sales Manager

SV Fresh Avocados is looking for an experienced Avocado Sales Manager based in the United States to help expand our presence and develop new business across the U.S. market.

We are looking for someone who understands the fresh produce industry, preferably with direct experience in avocados , and who has established relationships within the U.S. produce market.

SV Fresh Avocados is looking for an experienced Avocado Sales Manager based in the United States to help expand our presence and develop new business across the U.S. market.

We are looking for someone who understands the fresh produce industry, preferably with direct experience in avocados , and who has established relationships within the U.S. produce market.

Develop new avocado accounts throughout the U.S.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, importers, and foodservice customers.

Develop weekly and long-term sales programs.

Identify opportunities to increase volume across different avocado sizes and grades.

Work closely with our team in Mexico on availability, pricing, sizing, quality, and market conditions.

Follow up on orders, programs, customer needs, and new opportunities.

Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.

Develop profitable and sustainable business, not just transactional sales.

Requirements

Proven sales experience in the fresh produce industry .

Avocado sales experience is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of the U.S. produce market

Existing relationships with produce buyers and customers.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to develop and manage high-volume accounts.

Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.

Based in the United States .

Willingness to travel as needed.

English required; Spanish is a plus.
