Battlefield FCA is seeking a Program Director of Clubs to lead a Christ-centered sport community, growing clubs and partnerships while advancing ministry opportunities. You will oversee operations, events, and training, ensuring both athletic excellence and spiritual growth across clubs.
You will build relationships with churches, governing bodies, and donors, while mentoring coaches and volunteers to sustain a thriving, Gospel-centered sports program.
