Prestige Candle Company is hiring: Studio Assistant in Indianapolis

Prestige Candle Co. is Indianapolis's luxury candle making studio located at 8215 US-31 South. We offer guided candle making sessions where guests hand pour their own custom soy wax candle from 60 plus signature fragrances in a beautifully designed studio environment.

We are looking for a warm, energetic Studio Assistant to support our session operations on weekends and select weekdays.

What You Will Do:

Set up and break down candle making stations before and after each session

Assist guests throughout the candle making experience with a warm and attentive approach

Manage the fragrance wall — restocking and organizing tester bottles

Handle in-studio retail sales and point of sale transactions

Support the Studio Guide during live sessions

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished studio at all times

Package candles for guest pickup and retail purchases

What We Are Looking For:

Warm, friendly, and genuinely customer focused personality

Reliable transportation to 8215 US-31 South, Indianapolis

Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays — required

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Interest in fragrance, candles, or creative experiences a plus

Compensation:

$15 per hour weekdays

$17 per hour weekends
