Position Overview

Responsible for overseeing the organization’s commercial sales channel. Drives vision, strategy, and execution to achieve commercial sales revenue goals. Aligns and drives the organization and commercial team towards a strategy of growth and optimal performance. Responsible for achieving rapid growth through leading the commercial sales strategy and managing the commercial field sales team. Collaborates and aligns with appropriate stakeholders to enhance the current commercial field sales plan, forecasts and budgets. Provides leadership and development to commercial sales managers. Develop and implement customer growth strategies and sales strategies. Is accountable for commercial team performance and results. Maintains and develops relationships with potential commercial customers and channel partners. Responsibilities Overseas and directs commercial sales function, including developing, communicating, and driving commercial sales strategy. Manages and develops team of regional commercial sales managers. Maintains appropriate staffing levels of Business Development Managers. Develop and implement customer growth strategies and sales strategies to achieve results. Establish contacts and relationships with potential commercial customers and channel partners. Works with the appropriate stakeholders to develop divisional sales plan, forecasts and budgets. Communicates the mission and goals of the organization. Analyzes historical data and identifies internal and industry trends that may impact business results. Participate in establishing commercial sales incentive programs and communicating plans effectively with commercial field sales team.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree highly recommended.
8-10 years of experience proven growth performance in growing large-scale B2B transactions and developing proven growth sales strategies
8-10 years’ previous experience in sales and marketing management, particularly leading large-scale teams
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Commercial/B2B sales experience across US and Canada
Demonstrated knowledge of organizational policies and practices
CRM and Sales Enablement expert
Strong leadership skills
Problem resolution and negotiation skills
Analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to execute and create business strategies
Ability to collaborate and motivate others
Ability to travel 60% of the time
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

Pay Ranges

$236,413.00 - $394,028.00. This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
