Growth-Driven Google & Meta Advertising Manager

TalentPop is hiring a Google & Meta Advertising Manager to lead paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta for our Buena Park, CA office. This on-site role aims to maximize ROI, scale ad performance, and drive customer acquisition for ecommerce channels.
You will own accounts end-to-end, run A/B tests, manage budgets, analyze results, and collaborate with creative and ecommerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective landing pages.
