Framing Lead: Design Center Leadership & Customer Experience

Blick Art Materials is seeking a Custom Framing Lead to drive revenue through outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and building relationships from design to pickup. Lead a team, manage framing orders, and ensure a clean, safe environment in the Design Center.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, training new associates, and meeting sales goals while adhering to company policies. Some travel for training may be required.
