Public Relations And Communications SpecialistContributes to earned media and communications including public relations, website and app content, as well as select social media.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.Collaborates with Director of Corporate Communications & Public Relations on strategic communications and public relations planning, owning and executing elements as assigned by Director.Writes and/or provides direction on the creation and execution of internal and external communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, wholesaler communications, presentations, blog posts, social media posts, etc. Maintains high standard of quality and consistency of both voice and design in all print and digital materials.Assists in managing external PR firm relationship, liaising on key initiatives, tracking KPIs, and executing priority projects.Liaises with marketing department and taproom on public relations and social media initiatives.Provides communications support to organizational departments and committees as needed.Works with Director of Corporate Communications & Public Relations on planning and execution for corporate communications initiatives.Manages incoming media requests from local and industry journalists. Attends events as needed.Manages special projects as assigned.Manages community relations requests, partnerships and acts as a ERG liaison to Communications.Be an active participant in the Founders culture, living our principles and inspiring others to do the same.Consistently identify opportunities for organizational improvement.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
