Skateboard Footwear Design Apprentice (Hybrid)

New Balance in Long Beach, CA is seeking a motivated design apprentice to join our global design team focused on Numeric Footwear. You will explore research, ideation, designing, and assisting design across a skate-focused category, while learning and delivering project tasks within a collaborative hybrid work model.
You will attend learning capsules, build a portfolio through a personal project, and develop both technical and storytelling skills under guidance from senior designers.
