Social Media & Content: Execute our digital strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn using pre-designed graphics and Canva. Capture occasional photos/videos around the office for Reels and Stories.
Agent Engagement: Act as a go-to marketing resource. Help agents leverage proprietary RE/MAX marketing tools and celebrate their milestones (like "Just Sold" or "Under Contract").
Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute office events, including agent training days, team-building outings, and client appreciation events.
Community Outreach: Assist with client campaigns, newsletters, and local community initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Familiarity with Canva and a strong willingness to learn RE/MAX products and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A highly organized multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
