Freelance Media Creative (Photography & Videography)
NexSav is a small NYC creative team, and we're hiring a media creative for event coverage. You'll shoot, edit, and deliver media for 1-2 events per week across NYC.

What you'd deliver per event

An edited 1-3 minute highlight reel

A curated photo gallery (20-50 stills)

Organized raw footage handed back to the client

Events are capped at 4 hours on-site. Standard turnaround is 10 business days. Everything is scheduled and managed through our internal media calendar — you set your own working hours, and we never overbook you.

What we're looking for

A portfolio showing strong event or documentary video AND photo work — we judge on output, not years of experience

Basic editing skills

FAA Part 107 drone license, or willingness to obtain one

Own DSLR/mirrorless camera and drone

NYC-based

Reliable, professional, family-friendly communication

Capacity for 1-2 events per week plus post-production

Nice to have

Background or interest in community-oriented storytelling

Comfort shooting in family- and youth-facing settings

Who we're NOT looking for

A transactional gig-economy fit. We're a small team building something long-term, and we want someone who wants to grow with NexSav.
