Honest Water is a growing North Carolina water-treatment company helping homeowners better understand their home water and explore whole-home water-softening and reverse-osmosis drinking-water solutions.
We are hiring motivated, coachable Brand Ambassadors to meet homeowners face-to-face, provide educational conversations, and set qualified water-consultation appointments for our in-home water specialists.
No sales or water-filtration experience is required.

We provide training, coaching, weekly meetings, and a clear path for ambitious people who want to grow into leadership.

Weekly commissions typically range from

$850–$3,000+ , depending on activity, appointment quality, and results
Consistent full-time performers can easily annualize earnings

What you’ll do

Knock residential doors in assigned neighborhood areas
Start respectful, educational conversations with homeowners about their home's water
Introduce water consultation and appointment options
Set qualified appointments for our in-home water specialist team
Sell water-treatment solutions to qualified homeowners
Track conversations, leads, and appointments accurately in the company CRM
Attend weekly team meetings, training, role-play, and route-planning sessions
Represent the company, professionally and honestly in the community
