Lean Production Supervisor - Safety, 5S & Team Growth

Amsted Automotive in Michigan is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead frontline teams and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will promote lean practices, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with policies and the collective agreement on the production floor.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints and use CMMs. This on-site role requires flexibility across shifts and occasional weekend overtime.
