The TRG Growth Practice is excited to be partnering with a leading global manufacturer to identify a Product Marketing Manager for a key business unit in the Milwaukee area. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing organization in a highly visible role focused on shaping product strategy, driving successful new product launches, and developing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth.

This role is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded marketer who enjoys owning the upstream product journey and working at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, engineering, and operations. You’ll have the opportunity to develop product positioning and value propositions, build go-to-market strategies, lead commercialization efforts, and leverage market and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Experience in product, channel, or brand marketing, with a strong preference for product marketing experience

Proven success leading multiple new product launches and commercialization initiatives from concept through market introduction

Experience developing product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and competitive differentiation

Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales enablement

Ability to develop and execute marketing growth plans tied to measurable revenue, market share, and product adoption objectives

Experience leveraging customer insights, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions

Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving product management, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations

Strong project management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills

Ability to effectively manage projects with visibility across senior and executive leadership
